Shipments and returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 4 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post.
Unless otherwise organised, all Australian Shipping (other than custom balloon bouquets and arrangements) will be sent via Australia Post Satchels. The flat rate Australian Shipping is $14.95.
As such, you acknowledge and agree that any person at the delivery address who receives the products is authorised by you to receive your order.
Should the weight, order size or shipping address require us to charge any additional shipping or delivery costs, prior to acceptance of the order, we will contact you to confirm your acceptance.
Delivery times quoted on the site are estimates only, and once the goods have been shipped we are unable to control the delivery. Please allow extra time for important deliveries, especially during busy periods such as holidays.
Delivery can take from 5 – 7 business days once shipped to city areas and 5 -10 business days to regional areas.
